Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl

Can I tell you all a secret? ;) Smoothies are absolutely my favorite summer snack! A healthy, tasty, refreshing smoothie is one of the best things about summer (ok, ok, minus the sun and the beach and the vacation time)! This smoothie that I'm about to share with you is my go-to smoothie bowl BUT I've added Tropical Bliss to up the health factor even more!

What better way to feel good about yourself (and trick yourself into thinking you're on holiday) than nourishing your body with a Mango Tropical smoothie bowl!!

 

This recipe is SO easy!! Literally, chop up one banana, grab a handful of frozen mango from the freezer and then one scoop of Tropical Bliss. 

 

I won't leave you drooling anymore. Go and make it this delicious smoothie bowl. I've even included all the yummy toppings that I've added to top your smoothie bowl. 

 

Ingredients for base:

- 1 banana

- 1/4 cup frozen mango

- 1 scoop Tropical Bliss 

Blend the base in your blender.

Then cut up banana and sprinkle coconut flakes, chia seeds and blueberries on top!
