Vanilla Oat Muffins

Ok everyone, if you are looking for CLEAN muffins I have found the perfect recipe for you! Literally, all of the ingredients that you will find below are wholesome and non-processed. You are going to feel great eating these. And (bonus) they are green so your kids are going to love them!

Muffins are such an easy snack that you can grab in the morning or half way through the day. I don't know why we don't eat more of them- they're that easy. Sometimes though it is hard to find healthy, store-bought muffins, which is why I've brought this recipe to you today so that you no longer have to have the internal debate about convenience vs. healthy. These little guys are both!

Ingredients:

-1 1/3 cup oat bran

- 1 scoop Real Source Vanilla Shake

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 cup apple sauce

- 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt

- 1 egg

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Set oven to 400 degrees F. Use either muffin cups or coat muffin pan with your choice of nonstick grease (I used coconut oil).

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Then, mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl.

Fold dry ingredients into wet mix and stir together.

Place in the oven for approximately 10 minutes and enjoy :)
