Real Source Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 1

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 large or 1 small banana
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 to 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Some crushed walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of Real Source PURE

Directions:

Add 2 cups of spinach, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 ripe avocado, 1/2 large or 1 small banana and 1 tablespoon of almond or coconut milk to your blender. You can add an extra spoon to thin the smoothie mixture to your preference.

Add 2 tablespoons of Real Source PURE Flakes and your smoothie bowl is ready to eat.

 

Real Source No-Bake Bars

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almonds, raw
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp Real Source PURE

Directions:

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. The mixture should be sticky, you can add more honey if needed. With a spatula, press mixture into pan making sure that it covers all corners of the pan and it is smooth and even on top.

Place in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour until set.

Cut into 10 bars and enjoy!

 

Real Source Soup

Servings: 4 - 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Real Source PURE

Directions:

Heat the butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Add the chicken broth, lime juice and avocados in the sauce pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 7 minutes.

Transfer to your blender and mix with 2 tbsp of Real Source PURE Flakes.

Return the mixture to the pot. Add the heavy cream, cumin, salt and pepper.

Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add fresh cilantro and serve warm.

1/2 cup Coconut Water

1 apple
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 inch of ginger
1 cucumber chopped
2 tbs Real Source PURE Flake
1/2 cup filtered water
1 cup of ice
 

Spinach Pineapple Smoothie

1 1/2 oz baby spinach
1 banana
4 oz pineapple chunks
2 tbs Real Source PURE Flake
1 cup water
1 cup ice
 

Pistachio Cream Smoothie

1 1/2 baby kale
1/2 avocado
1 banana
1 tbs pistacio
2 tbs Real Source PURE Flake
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 cup ice
 

Spinach Banana Smoothie

1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup Fresh or frozne strawberries
1 banana
2 tbs of Real Source PURE Flake
1 cup of almond milk
